TELKOM SALES FALSE ADVERTISING

I have 7 contracts with telkom. I recently took Lte the for R99. A week later i got me a laptop. Upon taking it the sales consultant asked me what am i interested in? I said Lenovo. He then explained all the models and i chose the one for R399 with 1 gig data. He then explained there is a 1 Tb hard drive + an external 1 Tb Toshiba hard drive. Upon receiving the contract there was no external hard drive. I spent 4 days dialing different numbers to get through. I finally got hold of the exact agent, retold me to go the store they will give me the hard drive. I drove to Southgate mall. After standing in line for almost two hours they said they cant help me i must go back to him. Today he phones me and says he can arrange for a pick up if i don't want it because its for online only. Nowhere does it say for online only. It doesn't work like that. If that is the case i no longer want to be a client of telkom.
