Telkom Sales Dept lacks service

<p>During May 2017 i got a call from a sales agent on behalf of telkom offering me a package for home internet (10GB anytime and 5GB night surfer) for R149. I signed up as i thought this was a good deal. My device was delivered but the proof of address they required was for my old address so the device was returned. In June I requested a call back twice via their website to sign up for the contract again, but i was never contacted (even though i received an sms saying they would call me back). I then decided to call and sign up and have been waiting for my delivery. Since then i have been called twice by telkom to tell me that they dont have stock of the contract i signed up for and when I queried this i was promised a call back as they needed to check with their managers. Both have not called since. This is appalling Telkom!!!</p>
