Telkom Sales Department promises lies ....False adverti*****ts

I am not happy with Telkom at all. its frustrating actually. just realised that the 100gig that i was promised when buying the wifi router was never loaded on my router. been calling multiple times and nothing is being done. the consultants keep telling me they are escalating the matter. Spoke to Maria Moore who is the supervisor who then advised me the data is going to be loaded. nothing happened till today. Called again and spoke to a consultant who works under Thabiso Mohlalo and i could hear him speaking on the background about how there is nothing he can do to assist me so he doesn't even want to talk to me. How Rude for someone who works with clients. I'm so annoyed.
