Telkom Sales department

I did and online application for a note 9 . The application was pre approved. I then received and sms to say that I should make sure I have enough money in my bank account because my account will be debited in 3 working days. I thereafter contacted telkom and spoke to Nosipho to ask her what would happen if I wanted to cancel she advised me that it won't be a problem because the phone was not delivered. I then called again and spoke to Mark I told him I wanted to cancel the order when he checked he saw that it had already being caancelled. Thereafter I got an sms to say that the debit went off my account so I had to call again and I then spoke to Sanele or Zanele who advised me she would escalate the complaint and she also advised she would call in an hour or by the end of the day. Thereafter Nosipho had called back to say shes awaiting feedback and will definitely call in an hour or by the end of yesterday and I'm still awaiting feedback. I require my money back asap. Telkom sales are totally unprofessional and are of no help whatsoever. Totally useless company. I will be taking this matter up . I already used over R400 calling you damn guys. This is ridiculous. Telkom you are a waste.
