We upgraded online. We wanted to upgrade 2 phones. The first phone we couldn't upgrade because of a system error. After 3 days the problem was sorted, and we received the first phone about 2-3 after. We are still waiting for the second phone, and it has now been almost 3 weeks that we have been waiting for the 2 phones to be delivered to us to complete the order. Every time we phone, we get someone else to speak to. I phoned yesterday and today to hear what is happening with the phones, and both days they said they are waiting for the courier. Does a pickup really take so long? From when we started with the process until now, it has been about 3 weeks. There are nice deals online, but it takes far too long. If you go to the Telkom store, the process is much quicker, but the online deals do not apply for in-store upgrades.
