Telkom sales, created a credit inquiry without my permission

My name is Junior Jack Baloyi and received a call on Thursday from Telkom sales, the guy was selling a Samsung A35 if i'm not mistaken. I told him I wont qualify besides I already have a Nedbank credit card which has defaulted and I'm busy trying to pay that.

so I cant have anything messing my credit. He He proceeded to say the information he needs from me ia not going to affect my credit in any way. he's just checking their system is not gonna affect me one bit. a day later my clear score account says there was an enquiry done on my behalf by a Telecomunications company. I want Telkom to call me and have this fixed because an enquiry takes 2 years to be removed. so i need this fixed now. I'm very dissapointed at telKom , hiring people who dont know what they are doing and messing other people's lifes
