Telkom Sales Consultants Useless

I am trying to move my existing Telkomline (on contract) to a new adress. 5 weeks ago I went to the shop, they said I should do it online. I did it online and a week later I called to make sure it went through. Sales Department informed me that online did not go work, so they did the line move over the phone after which they confirmed I will receive a reference number, never received it. Then I went to the local Telkom shop they couldnt help me. I tried Sales department again, and again their services were offline and couldnt help me. I went to the shops and called again a couple of times, still nothing. The process was started 4 weeks ago and I am moving next week. I spoke to a sales person again whom confirmed that there is no Telkom in the area I am moving too, this is new and noone has said that before.

How do I get a hold of a competent employee that can help me ASAP???
