Telkom Sales and Technicals **** Services

I have app**** for Telkoms service for our new store in Empangeni, with deposit payments been made and for the past 4 to 5 weeks I been given the run around between Telkom's Sales and Telkom's Technical Division. I have been put through to all the Telkom's regions in South Africa, have dealt with various "managers" at the various call centres (the list is endless) who have promised to assist. When you leave email messages for them to contact you, they don't call. You can't believe the amount of nonscence these people talk. Telkom have sent me SMS's to say that they are coming to site but don't pitch up. Telkom clearly can not provide the service that they used to do. I have now outsourced another service provider and will be cancelling all our stores Telkom facilties in the near future. Telkom can go take a hike.

People who are encountering a similar problem, it is best to seek alternatives because clearly Telkom can't deliver.
