Telkom sales agents **********ly upgraded my package and telkom refuses to investigate.

A year ago I purchased the 80G + 80G package from Telkom for R250 monthly. This was March 2022. In Sept, I got a call from their agent selling me an upgrade which I refused. I then got an email on the same day, with the same details of the offer. I wrote back and told them explicitly that I do not want the upgrade. Two weeks ago I opened a case and reported the *****. I was given a case number and told that they will investigate. Today I called them and the agent said on their side, they discovered that I accepted the upgrade. I asked for the proof of me having accepted the upgrade and no one has an answer! Imagine this; I come to them to report ***** by one of their agents and they did not bother to investigate. They simply jotted down the same thing that their ********* agents told them about me having accepted the offer, without as much as asking for proof from the sales agent.
