Telkom sales agent : bad service

I got a call from Telkom mobile on ********** at 8:52 on the 3rd of June 2019. This is the 4th call from these people.

background : I am due for an upgrade.

the call : He asks if i know that i am due for an upgrade and i say yes but i am unlikely to upgrade. he asks me for a reaosn why and at this stage i am gatvol. SO i say cos i feel like it ad please take me off the call list.

long story short, i ask for his name so i can lay a complaint but he refuses and he refuses to let me talk t his manager.

Outcome :

I want the transcript of the call and that the agents are told to give their name when requested. Also i never signed up for being called by telkom.
