<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for a promotion package R599 for Internet, uncap, adsl ec online, I have send them all my documents, received sms 8 May that it was approved, I was phoned by the 10th and promised that a order number will be sms to me within 2 working days and that the technitions will contact my, to date have not received a follow-up on this or the promised sms. What is very irritating is that is so difficult just to get a telephone number to follow-up in this as the sms does not provide a refno and telephone number and even when they called my and asked for n number the consultant just said I shall reveive an sms. I don't know where or how to follow up on this package which I app**** for and as it the middle of the month I am afraid I will lost this promo as it was valid untill the end of May.
