Telkom sales

I was contacted by a sales person who said they were from telkom. They sold me an LTE product and telkom contract which was said to be uncapped. I received the device but after trying several times to use it i called telkom who told me it was not uncapped but it was uncapped business hours. i am now struggling to get telkom to come and collect this device they are moving from department to the other all day
