I don't hope this message doesn't find you well cause I'm a very disgruntled customer.

I went to a Telkom store in Bridge City Mall KwaMashu in Durban and app**** for a S24 ultra of which it approved and was activated on the 1st of March. In your catalog it shows that when you buy any phone from the S24 series you get a R2000 voucher, of which it ends on the 31st of March. Upon activation I did not recieve my voucher, I was then told that the store will call me to come through for the voucher collection. Till today I haven't recieved the voucher, of which I still want and I'm being told that it was supposed to be ringed out together with the phone of which that did not happen cause the store did not have any. What irritates me the most is that no one is calling me to update about the progress of my voucher, I'm doing the follow-ups (through phone calls or physical store visit).

I'm finding it hard to believe that Telkom would do a false advertising, cause to me it looks like it cause I don't understand why would they say now I can't get the voucher. Even on the Telkom website it doesn't state which telkom stores have the voucher cause I surely would have went to a store with the voucher instead of one without.

We're approaching the 31st, kindly please assist, with this matter. I'd really like to get my voucher cause it would be beneficial to me.
