Telkom Sales

<p>On the 17th May i was contacted by Telkom sales selling me an upgrade on my fibre line telling me that I am paying too much at the moment and they can upgrade my speed of line from 20 to 40mps and give me 200gigs a month as opposed to 50 currently at R65 less than what I am paying now. I never heard from them again. On the 30th May I was contacted for the same offer, i said ok and this time i was sent an order number ********** 15. They called to tell me they will be coming and no one arrived twice. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 27th June i was contacted by Julia Maphoto selling me the same thing! This time I got her email address. She said someone will come through in 2 days. On the 5th July, i sent her an email saying that I am still waiting. She responds saying " I have checked on the system and it shows that it is still on process, may we please give it another week to see, then we can take it from there."</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent her emails thereafter to which she doesnt respond.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do you offer products that you cant deliver on? </p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom, your sales teams, technicians and service delivery departments are not in line... They arent talking and end up selling products that you can not deliver on.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
