TELKOM SAGA FROM 2021 STILL CONTINUES

I posted a review here on Hello Peter on Telkom which still today I received no help. Telkom never responded until today I m still waiting. My contract ended September 2021 with them but they kept debiting afterwards.I have called, emailed visited Telkom nothing helped.I had calls from countless collection companies when I explain my situation they say oops the account was sent back to Telkom they no longer have it. Today I was going through my credit profile as I do on a monthly basis on clear score mind you Telkom stoped showing there after my contract ended with them.Telkom shows up as a default account I owe around R2000 some odd after 3 years how this is also legal it blows my mind. Can anyone help me I have tried everything humanly possible to resolve this no one takes ownership as to even give direction as to what needs to happen
