TELKOM SAD SERVICE

I Took a new cell contract changed from Cell c to Telkom , big mistake , i went into telkom office at Rosebank , told the consultant what i need , only for her not to communicate with me leaving me to stand there , then cum back and give me a sim card when i wanted a sim swap and to cap the calls i asked her to trf my information from my old fon to new she said i have to wait on technician , worst service , when i walk out Cell c with any new fon i am able to use the fon ASAP with TELKOM i now need to ask sumone to assist me get started very disappointing and sad that i even changed
