Telkom - Sad people

What a poor sad group of people to work with. No Telkom worker can be proud of his/her work or proud of the company they work for. You can hear it in their voices; you can see it in their work. They are lying in your face, they don't follow up and every time I must just hear the sad words: I am sorry sir!!! Don't lei to me: You are not sorry. You just don't give a dam. We are harvesting the results of BEEE in South-Africa. Gopolang Kiwiet (***) you must go first – My reference numbers are from 19 November 2019 – That for a new service. And poor Gopolang is not answering his phone any more.
