Telkom 081180 sad and shocking customer service

I am trying to get assistance from Telkom call centre on 081180. The consult was extremely agitated and unhelpful. She got so frustrated to help me get me cell number, she put me on hold for more than 20 min and I had no choice but to hang up. I needed help to recharge new router I purchased and she was not interested, tried to het me off the phone instead of assisting. I am now in a dilemma as I need to submit a deadline and telkom does not give a damn So shocking and dissapointing.
