Telkom sabotages hospital by dragging it's feet

A hospital in Cape Town is currently without working telephones since Telkom are dragging their feet when it comes to fixing the problem. >48hours since reporting the faults... not much has been done!

No updates. Multiple calls. They tell me on the phone that the technician is on site but when I walk to the Telkom server room, it's locked. Not a soul. All lies on the phone! One phone works, then stops, then the other one works. Rumour it's cable theft.... probably not!

10217 is the most commonly called number at our practice.

Telkom obviously has not prioritised our hospital and the medical practices. Will they take responsibility for:

1. Delayed surgeries since preauthorisations are impossible

2. Medication and supplies delayed or not delivered

3. Medical errors since internet systems are down

4. Loss of income since patients go elsewhere

5. Loss of hospital reputation

Install fibre to the business immediately or at least do SOMETHING but stop talking ******* when I call 10217.

Dear Noleen
You have not emails me and for that reason, I can not assist you further. You know where the problem is, why not just fix it.
