Telkom SA, Telkom Walmer Park Gqeberha

I Nobuntu Vimbayo would like to express my dissatisfaction with an extremely bad service from Telkom call centre and their branch closest to me which is Walmer Park, Gqeberha.

I am extremely upset because I have three contracts with them : 2 x WIFI contracts and a cellphone that was terminated while I asked them to investigate a problem that I had with my connection, the worst is when you contact them you hold for over an hour and never get to someone who can assist and they end up terminating your call because of their incompetence.
