Telkom SA Telesales Consultants are Rude!

The Telkom SA Telesales Consultants are very rude,with no customer service etiquette. 🙄 I had to have my fibre line activated and I was sent from Pillar to post ,calling everyone because it seems no1 knows what's happening!!!The fact that they are clueless is beyond me ,what happened to training before being hired??? They can't even transfer you to their 100 departments ,you need to keep calling at your own expense. BULL**** !!!!They are very nice when,they need sales but the customer Service is 💩
