TELKOM SA - SHOCKING SERVICE - DONT EVER USE THEM

Shocking experience with Telkom SA - app**** for an ADSL line in January for my flat in Rosebank in Cape Town - we are now in Mid March and I cannot get anyone to commit to activate this line - I don't know what to do - we phone them every day - hold on for half an hour to speak to someone and the answer is always it will be done in 48 hours - wait the 48 hours - nothing - feel like I am being held up at gun point as who else can I go to to get an internet connection?
