Telkom SA service is non-existent.

I am responding to a follow up email received from Hellopeter where I am meant to give my opinion of Telkom and whether I would recommend them to other people, and I simply had to respond with an emphatic NO! I have gone through all the channels that Telkom have put at the disposal of the public, and all the channels are dead ends. There is, to top it all, no means of getting to interact with any so-called senior staff in an effort to get at the cause of the inability to see to my requests. I have never, ever, come across another company with such total incompetence and lack of service. It is beyond ridiculous.
