Telkom SA Roaming support

Trying to get Roaming working for 6 months. After handing a aplication in 6 months ago when I was in South Africa. Got Email roaming active. Now I have been in out of the country and every time I want to use Roaming to SMS for OTP I just cant connect. Telkom Business just keep saying the same thing use these settings and try this. I just can't get this to work. Been a Client for 11 Years and no one gives a a damn.
