TELKOM SA POORT SERVICE PROVIDER

The Telkom services are the worst imaginable. The automated response is incorrect / misleading and a typical reflection of the total lack of commitment to service delivery. Its impossible to have problems resolved and it seems impossible to get competent representatives to resolve issues for the past 39 months. It is absolutely pathetic. I will again visit a service center and will close my accounts without paying for a service that is not working as a result of inefficiency and incompetence.
