Telkom sa makes promises they cant keep

Good afternoon,

I am really dissapointed in poor service delivery.

Paid for adsl wifi on 22 December, and understand that no one including myself was working over the festive season... my real frustration??? Holding on the phone for over 45 minutes just to be informed that the lady assisting me cannot give me an installation date?????
