TELKOM SA IS A NO GO!

Customer service is non existent. The app Telkom has does not work at all. I have tried calling every single number they have that indicates they will assist and the robot call just sent me on a loop that never goes to a person.

The only department that are accessible is the sales department which I recommend you DO NOT contact as after they take care of you during sales they are useless in customer care and assistance. Highly disgusted in how difficult it is to sort out debit order details AFTER also visiting a branch and believing the debit order was sorted months ago.
