Telkom SA incapable of repairing telephone and ADSL

<p>An expensive, comprehensive telecom package (which includes ADSL, telephone, internet data) is apparently not enough for Telkom to believe they have to render a service against that monthly account. A whole area in Muckleneuk, Pretoria, has now been without internet and telephone connections for three days - in spite of (in my case) having notified Telkom of the disruption of service three times. Three times. Still no answer, no satisfactory feedback, and no service. This is really pathetic. I am an academic who works 24/7 and absolutely need the connectivity. It is not as if I do not pay for it.</p>
