TEL"KON'' Con artists and ********** So in April 2018 my wife took out an cellphone contract at Telkom(lmao) at the time of placing order via 10213 order and stock was confirmed. Couple days later she got sms saying sorry no stock she was patient and opted to wait for 2 months. Then in early June 2018 they said stock received and would deliver she got delivery end June 2018. The phone came put in sim card that came with courier and VOILLA since then they can't activate the sim card after numerous calls to 10213 and speaking to numerous consultants nothing up until now. They can't activate well because her number wa already activated to another subsciber how stupid are you idiots????? Telkom advised that this will be sorted and a new number and sim card will be given to her, well low and behold these telkom fools billed her and get this she does not have a contract number yet but they billed her. And up to this day telkom fools has not contacted her to sort out this mess as we visited telkom in N1 City also no help useless dumb asses. I contacted the telkom twitter mob LOL they where as helpful well as a bowl of snot is to an cold. So we opted to visit Telkom store in Parow Mall LMAO there reply was sorry we can do nothing for you REALLLLLLLLY and with attitude we where dismissed by the staff there. Ten one final ditch call to 10213 the operator told me "sorry for the inconvenience you are suffering,but look at it this way you got an free cellphone". So almost 5 months down the line no resolution keeps on getting escalated to Telkom dumb ass dept's. Getting billed but don't have a sim or cellphone number told her to have the bank block debit order until **** gets fixed which i am not holding my breath for. LMAO i know now nothing going to come from this only empty **** problems again if was me would have debit order blocked you can't deduct money for an contract and there is no sim card or cell number(***** & RACKETEERING) what would you expect from an government entity.
