Telkom SA contract

I app**** for a contract with Telkom SA a few weeks ago for R469. I accepted the terms of the contract, but then the sales person wanted to add on "valued added services" which I refused as they would be an additional cost. I was told that my handset would be ordered and I would receive it within 10 days. I recieved a call from the "value added service" provider who asked me again if I would like to subscribe to these services and I again refused. At that I was told very rudely that they will cancel my order with no explanation.
