Absolutely useless when you want to cancel. Hold on for an hour or more with no reply at all. Try again for another half hour and then when they do answer, you can clearly hear them talk in the background, even children talking in the background, but then they drop the phone. Unprofessional - Agents work from home, and you hear children in the background. Numerous calls tried over numerous days without any success at all. More than enough emails and contact numbers, and even In-Store help if you need a new contract or want to upgrade. Absolutely NO email or any other reliable way to cancel your contract in writing. Even visiting a store, you are told by staff it is quite impossible to get hold of Telkom to cancel a contract.
