Telkom SA - bunch of rogues

My Services have been suspended as showing account not paid with amount of R 1 195.82. I have paid my account by eft for the past 3 month of R 200 each (even if it was outstanding how could there be a balance double the amount). I have the proof of payments to send through. this is not the first time that Telkom has done this to me & is unacceptable. my account is up to date yet Telkom has ridiculous amount outstanding. I am really looking to take legal action & report to press as this has now affected my small private business. there is no answer when I call Telkom & also no reply to chat or email. Customer service is pathetic. Telkom are just rogues that take money without providing the services they offered.
