Telkom SA (billing department)

Monthly unauthorized debit orders!! Each month I have to reverse debit orders, which I must incure bank charges for,what was once a lovely service has now turned into a terrible service indeed! At this point, telkom is a disgrace because they can't even prove what the charges are for!
