Telkom SA Bad Customer Service!

I have been with Telkom for so long, but the service I received this time around is ridiculous, Had to wait for my phone for more than 2 weeks when the cellphone was delivered it had to turn back because someone decided to write the incorrect address as my physical address thus I could not provide proof of residence. They called to say that my delivery will be done within a day, 4 days later I call to get an update and apparently my order has not been reassigned. If I hadn't called it was going to get cancelled. I have to wait a week again to get my delivery! What **** service is this!!! @Telkomsa you have Loyal customers, you better start treating them better. I am most definitely not purchasing anything new from you!
