I took out a contract with Telkom for internet and Telkom line at my home. This was for 2 years. Now the line is of since the weekend, and the residence in our area said that Telkom donot fix the old lines, due to the fibre lines. when I want to get out of the contract I have to pay a penalty, but Telkom donot worry about breach of contract. Since the lines has been of my family had spend more than R 500 on date, the kids need to do assignments etc, but no technician has called about the fault reporting.
