TELKOM SA ARE *****ING MY MONEY AND I CANT STOP THEM! SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!
HELP HELP HELP HOW DOI GET TELKOM TO STOP *****ING MY MONEY???????????????????
i have paid them off YEARS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!! and yet they still insist on taking my money, funny enough when i dont have money in my account, then they dont bother, the minute i get money BOOM the sticky fingers of Telkom SA feel they deserve my hard earned money.
i am thinking of sueing Telkom, this problem has been going on for over 4 year now or 5 or 6 i cant even keep track anymore, between trying to get telkom to give me an answer on why i am paying them(which they can never answer) & having to always flippen reverse the debit prder, i cant keep track.
WHAT I DO KNOW IS THAT TELKOM OWES ME ALOT OF MONEY, HAVING TO CALL MY BANK,USE AIRTIME, DO A DEBIT ORDER REVERSAL, DRIVING TO THE BANK PERSONALLY, PETROL.... etc
telkom needs to answer me on why they making my life such a living hell,, i would suggest that no one considers going to them because they all good while you have a contract with them, as soon as its done, THEY DONT STOP TAKING AND TAKING AND TAKING, LIKE GREEDY PEOPLE.
NOW THESE PEOPLE FROM TELKOM SAYING THAT BECAUSE I CANCELED TELEPHONICALLY, IT DOESNT COUNT, THE ACCOUNT WAS NEVER CANCELLED, FOR YEARS THEY BEEN KEEPING ME IN THE DARK, WHY ARE OUR TELEPHONE CANCELLATIONS NOT VALID??????????????????????????????????????????????????
