Telkom SA, Absolutely Uselss

The Sales Team at Telkom SA is absolutely useless, every day i phone and i get no assistance from them, its like talking to a brick wall! All i need after 5 weeks of trying to get my device delivered to me is for Telkom to change the delivery address of the device, because they have captured the wrong address, a simple thing like this is above anyone's intellectual capacity, from the sales team right through to the supervisors. i actually don't know what to do anymore, feels like i will never receive my device!
