Telkom sa absolutely useless

Absolutely **** no serves from call center.

Telkom locks my acc not any acc a ulimetid free me while this is my only cell phone to call my family while my father is in hospital no its locked becoz my gredit approved per month is over becoz telkom billing added 2 months in one invoice and the will have the audacity to stil charge me full any one can se its a billing problem but the call center cant even logg a call after 24 hours i call back to finde out that the staf is not just *********** and arrogant but lei After 26hours fone still not working now the say its been escalated but no reference number and hoopfully contract will be working after 48hours of which i cant use the phone that is telkom sa specialist serves
