TELKOM SA

Telkomsa is deducting an amount from my account every month for many years. It was for a email address that I cancelled about 6 years ago but I am not able to stop them deducting. i have tried through the bank and managed for a few transactions until they change the amount and it continues again. I have emailed, phoned, gone to Telkom shops at shopping center Nobody can help me. Each time I get given a different e-mail address. The amount is small but over the years it adds up
