Telkom SA

I am having unpleasant experience with Telkom, getting threatening messages about litigation and credit rating over nonsense that my account is in arrears. Upon calling Telkom customer care twice I'm told that my account is up to date. Its very disgusting bearing the abuse. Customer care tell me to ignore the messages but i receive them daily
