Telkom SA

I am very upset at telkom. I will never ever take out a contract with them again. They have not been deducting money for my account for the past 2-3 months. And I was not even aware of it. As I was getting no sort of communication from them. This month they send me a bill of over R600, I call to find out the problem and no one can seem to help me understand as to why the debit orders were not going off. For anyone that wants to take out any sort of contract with Telkom, I suggest you not. They are truly the worst network provider including having the worst customer service.
