Pathetic service from Telkom SA!!! Im not sure if their consultants go for product training but they are really clueless. I’ve been trying to merge my prepaid number to my contact number since July still nothing. I’ve called the company so many times n they promise to call n email n they never do. I call almost everyday still nothing, a few days back I received an email saying my case was closed cos I’m unreachable but nobody ever called.
