The worst network. And it's not the first time I run in to the same problem. I once bought a monthly uncapped LTE data but lost internet connection. They let you buy data but don't allow you to use it until it expires. I had to throw away the sim because calling them was useless they couldn't help me. Last night in another simcard I had data and was connected to the internet when the data finished I lost internet connection then loaded more data. After buying data since last night until now I never got internet connection again. I called the support spoke to the agent named Asanele, she was so confused like she couldnt help me at all and I ended up asking her if I should just remove the sim and throw it away and she said that's the only solution I have, so unprofessional. Telkom is ripping us off. Why not refuse to sell us data if they know we won't be able to use it. And another better option why not hold our data until we get back the connection but instead the data expires anyway even though I never got to connect to the internet. That's really not fair because I paid for something I did not use. Stop ****ming us Telkom
