Telkom SA

My contract recently expired and a telkom consultant phoned me to renew my contract. They offered me a package and I accepted. Little did i know the package only works through telkom towers, as there is no telkom towers in my area I asked them to cancel the contract and offer me one where I can roam through vodacom or mtn towers. They said they will get back to me, I recently got messages stating that they cant get hold of me but not once did they phone me if I missed the call, it would have shown in my call log.I asked them to phone me after 2pm as I work untill3 2pm and they wont be able to get hold of me before that time. I reported this problem 3 times, now I am forced to pay for a contract that I can't use .
