<p>I have tried calling them, phoning a branch, no reply just the normal no response waiting in the queue, you wait forever on the phone. All I want to know is if telkom lines are down in umbilo area, and why my internet is not working on my computer but on my phone it works. I will never ever get telkom again, you cannot speak to anyone at telkom. They are non existent. </p>

If it is working on your cellphone but not working on your computer, then that means there is nothing wrong with your line, the issue is with computer settings.
Kindly call 10210 and ask them to assist you to get your computer connected to the Internet
