Telkom S21 contract deal

At Telkom in Fourways mall in JHB, I saw a Samsung S21 contract deal advert inside the shop on Wednesday 9th Feb for R699 x 24 months, when I got to the point of sale the price changed to 36 months.

I have emailed *** and *** and no one at Telkom seems to want to resolve this matter, I even sent the picture of the advert.

I currently have 4 active cellphone contracts with Telkom and am very DISAPPOINTED !
