Telkom S10 no stock country wide

Telkom Mobile is absolutely pathetic and needs to be shut down ! I'm currently due for an upgrade and spent 2 days visiting different branches of Telkom both direct and franchise stores to find absolutely no stock of the device of my choice (Samsung S10e) at any store ! The staff had told me that they haven't had stock of that device in a very long time and they have no stock in their warehouse either so why the f**k are they advertising it online, in their latest booklet and on the tv's in their store (the ad was on while i was there). Remove the deal from all platforms so you dont waste peoples time. Further more this is a premium device from a popular company, the fact that they have no stock of the device and even the other models it comes in is beyond me. The staff there had notified me that they are even unable to let me know when they will eventually have stock. I have no idea how they operate as a business when they have no stock of most of their devices.
