Telkom's version of "F@#£ off"

For anyone who thinks that waiting in line for 2-3 hours at a Telkom store and getting a 'reference number' for a technician to come fix their landline means something will happen - spoiler alert - it's Telkom's way of telling you to F@£& off. Have been in multiple times since August, have received two reference numbers, and each time nobody arrives. If you try to follow up they will tell you they have no record in their system and issue you a new time and date, where once again nobody will arrive. This is not an isolated case, all you have to do is talk to the person before or behind you in the endless line to learn that this can go on for years. All the while they will charge you for a line you can't use. Thank you telkom for *****ing thousands of rands from people who actually do their jobs, you are the prime example of how companies who have the monopoly in a market can run completely without ethics
