Telkom's ********* service, ********** activities and constant lies

In 2015 i got unlimited broadband and landline services on my personal name from the telkom Store at the Phoenix Plaza, in 2016 I walked back into the store to just change over the same service on a month to month basis from my personal name to my business, I ended up getting lesser of benefits for a larger cost and Stanton Naicker the person who assisted me said that it cannot be a month to month basis but a 12 month contract; even though I got nothing new , same phone, same router, same broadband, lesser calling minutes and a higher cost which I agreed to, only to recently learn that my landline package is 12 months contract and my broadband is 24 months contracteven though that was not our agreement, i asked him for paperwork which he said telkom doesnot give anymore because everything is digitalised which for me was a wow and made sense in this digital age and telkom being a digital company thinking that Telkom is catching up at least in paperwork with the UK. Well I was proven wrong and telkom's business ethics if any are disgraceful. I decided to end my contract with them and am serving my 30 day notice and its not fair for me to be over billed, charged penalties or my good business company name being ruined. I spoke to Trineshan Govender from the sales division because they donot have a direct customer service line even for us business customers who told me that his manager Inbanathan Govender requested an email which I sent through on the 9 May 2017 and no reply to date plus when I phone and ask for him, he is never available for a customer. I also spoke agent Bathandwa on the 5 May and Yondela from billing and requested a call recording but stated that as per Nox Tom the manager no recordings are to be given to the client but the manager was not available so I called on the 8 may and spoke to busiswa and asked for recording because I needed to take up the matter with the NCC, Nox Tom said to the agent to tell me that she will get in contact which has not happened to date. Nobody in the whole of Telkom knows the head office number and the one I found ofn the internet does not work. On the 17 may spoke to agent Queeneth and Yondela then gave her a ********** 718 which with no answer, trying from yesterday. I also called sales yesterday and spoke to pleasant Austin and again Inbanathan was not interested to take the call. Telkom do not take their business customers seriously and it is because there is not enough competition, if anyone reading this would like to be part of the signed petition that I am going to send to the minister of communications in regards to more competition so that we as South Africans can experience a better service let me know, we have a right as consumers and citizens of our country. With my personal matter I plan to contact icasa and complain about a telecommunications company not having a working landline number which someone answers, what double standards and NCC regarding the misleading contract as I have followed the necessary and should that fail then the minister of communications can deal with it and the public will be fully aware through media and other forms of communication. I WILLNOT LET THE MATTER REST AND ALL SOUTH AFRICANS MUST KNOW THEIR RIGHTS AND STAND UP FOR INJUSTICE OF ANY SORT, WE HAVE BEEN TOO PASSIVE WELL I AM YOUR VOICE, POWER TO THE PEOPLE. BIG CHEATING CORPORATIONS MUST BE EXPOSED AND NOTHING OR NO ONE IS INVINCIBLE IN A DEMOCRACY. Lastly you the public being a democracy should decide who takes the Telkom gold silver and bronze medals for ********* service and lies, is it Stanton Naicker, Nox Tom or Inbanathan Govender; take your pick seriously because Telkom promotes ********* people. Sorry 1 star rating had to be chosen otherwise it would have been a negative figureand not even 0.
