Telkom's Terrible pathetic service

Last week Thursday i called telkom because our telephone line got ****** and they told me that they would send a technician as soon as one is available. We waited from last Friday till this week Tuesday for them to come and fix our line but no one came , i called them Wednesday frustrated because i am working from home and my telephone and wifi is off so i cannot do my work and they told me that they are currently trying to push the maintenance technicians to fix the problem but we are still waiting. We have been with telkom for 15 years and they expect there bill every month. we are currently looking for other service providers because of there pathetic service.
